Renewals

Renewing your service agreement each year ensures technical support and priority access to software updates.

How to renew:
  1. Log in to the Progress Community and go to  Product Downloads.
  2. Click on ‘Go To Download Centre’ 
  3. Select the appropriate asset to renew under My Company. If you do not see your product, Check the My Company's Products filter.
  4. Click the Add | Renew button.
  5. Review and update your product configuration, and get your quote.
Note: If your service agreement has lapsed, request a quote for a new one.
